Collin was EXTREMELY helpful! He helped me add 2 lines to my account as well as doing an insurance claim. He was also very knowledgeable when answering any questions and concerns I had.
Attentive staff, very polite and professional. The manager is very knowledgeable about not only plans but also all the different devices they have to offer and goes the extra mile to be sure your phone is set up right and ready to go before you walk out the door. Overall, great service !
Cid was awesome. We got there at 5 minutes til close to get a new phone and he was great to work with. The guy didn’t hesitate at all to stay late and help us get everything done. Great guy to work with, customer service like his is hard to find these days!
These guys are awesome. Aaron and Team helped me with all the issues Best Buy caused me with a new line activation. They went out of their way to earn my business going forward and they have it. 6/5 stars!
